Every Concept starts with our team at ULTBIAS — collectors ourselves, designing products we'd genuinely love to see in the world. Each idea explores a wide range of themes, aesthetics, and formats, giving collectors more opportunities to find something that truly reflects their style and interests.

At this stage, no physical samples have been produced. This gives us the freedom to explore more sizes, variations, and designs before committing to manufacturing — which means more ideas, more variety, and more chances to find something you love.

Step 1:
Explore & Vote

Once a Concept is ready, it's officially listed on ULTBIAS Blue and open for voting. Each batch of Concepts is live for 45 days. Browse through the ideas and vote "Yes" on anything you'd genuinely like to order.

Because voting carries no purchase commitment, we ask that you only vote "Yes" if you truly intend to buy. Every vote counts, and honest voting is what makes this platform work for the whole community.

If you're excited about a Concept, don't keep it to yourself — share it with your fellow collectors! The more interest it gathers, the more likely it is to move forward. Help bring your favourite designs to life.

Step 2:
The Collectors Decide

Once a Concept reaches its minimum vote threshold within the 45-day window, it moves forward to sampling and production. If it doesn't reach the threshold in time, it's permanently archived to make room for fresh ideas.

This means every product that makes it through has real demand behind it — designed for collectors, backed by collectors.

Step 3:
Pre-Order Opens & Voters Are Rewarded

Successful Concepts launch as pre-orders on ultbias.com or ultbias.us, with timelines clearly outlined on each product page. Everyone who voted "Yes" will be the first to know — notified by email with an exclusive 15% discount code, better than the standard 10% available to everyone else during the pre-order period.

We'll also announce successful campaigns across our social channels so the whole community can celebrate.

Production

Once a pre-order campaign closes, the product enters full production. We work closely with our manufacturer to meet a production timeline of approximately 30 days. While we aim to stay on schedule, minor delays can occasionally occur due to thorough quality checks — we believe it's worth the extra time to ensure every product meets the highest standard before it ships.

During this stage, you can monitor your order's progress via the Track Your Order page on ultbias.com or ultbias.us, with status updates refreshed every 48 to 72 hours.

Shipping & Fulfilment

Once production is complete, your order is sent to our World Warehouse, which connects directly to local warehouses around the world. Orders are packed carefully and shipped directly to you, with tracking numbers provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.

A portion of stock allocated to Australia and the US is also shipped to their respective local warehouses, where it becomes available on ultbias.com and ultbias.us for collectors who prefer to combine their order with in-stock items.
