Hi Collectors!
I wanted to share an update with everyone who pre-ordered the Daydream series.
We’re very close to shipping out your pre-orders but we need a bit more time to make sure everything meets the high standards you deserve!
First, we discovered that the holographic foil on one of the designs wasn’t applied properly, resulting in tiny specs appearing in the foil. We want that holographic finish to be absolutely flawless for you.
Second, while examining the lock mechanism, we noticed that our manufacturer had used silver screws to mount the gold lock. We know attention to detail matters, and having silver screws on a gold lock just doesn’t deliver the cohesive, premium look we promised you.
To fix both of the issues, we made the difficult decision to issue a quick recall so we could remake the affected binders with perfect holographic foil and matching gold screws for a completely consistent, polished appearance.
This is a brand-new product for us, and we’re committed to getting every detail right on this first production run. We’re confident this is the final extension, and we sincerely apologize for the additional wait. The good news is that now we’ve perfected the manufacturing process, future production of similar treasure boxes will be much faster and more efficient.
